F. K. Bondinuba is an Associate Professor at Kumasi Technical University’s Department of Building Technology and an External Examiner to many universities in Ghana and South Africa. He has acted as a Project Manager, a teacher, and a researcher in a wide range of construction and management fields, with strong interests in all phases of Construction Project Management. His research interests lie in Construction Business and international housing policies and markets. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, the Ghana Association of Chartered Certified Consultants and Fraud Examiners, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Ghana. Associate Fellow-Higher Education Academy, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Member, European Network of Housing Researchers, Association of Mixed Method Researchers, Chartered Institute of Housing, and Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyors, all in the UK.
