A Certified Organization Development Consultant (ODCC) and a Registered OD Practitioner (RODP) and a certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant, Lincoln has spent over 18 years facilitating OD interventions across various sectors—including finance, telecommunications, government ministries, and district assemblies. His extensive experience includes designing and implementing technical and training-of-trainer programs on organization development, coaching and mentoring, project management, and change management. Abraham Lincoln Owusu holds a Master of Philosophy in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management, Master of education in Mentorship, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organization Development, and a Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Development Education at the University of Ghana.
