Director, Human Resource Development and Management

Abraham Lincoln Kwame Owusu is a seasoned Human Resources, Organization Development (HROD), and Enterprise Risk Management professional with over 24 years of experience in multicultural business environments. He brings a practical understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and the facilitation of exponential change to drive organizational growth and transformation. He is highly skilled in integrating creative leadership and management strategies to achieve corporate goals, delivering results that enhance efficiency, meet deadlines, and align with budgetary constraints. His core areas of expertise span organization development, NGO management, microfinance institutions, and higher education quality assurance.

A Certified Organization Development Consultant (ODCC) and a Registered OD Practitioner (RODP) and a certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant, Lincoln has spent over 18 years facilitating OD interventions across various sectors—including finance, telecommunications, government ministries, and district assemblies. His extensive experience includes designing and implementing technical and training-of-trainer programs on organization development, coaching and mentoring, project management, and change management. Lincoln is also an accomplished trainer and capacity builder with a strong track record in curriculum development and content creation, notably contributing to the professional development programs of Peregrine Global Services. He is proficient in delivering results-based project management, institutional assessments, strategic planning, and capacity-building initiatives focused on HR, OD, emotional intelligence, succession planning, performance management, and leadership. His collaborative approach has enabled him to forge effective partnerships with local ministries, technical teams, and organizational stakeholders to co-develop strategic plans, introduce new technologies, and strengthen long-term institutional capacity.

Abraham Lincoln Owusu holds a Master of Philosophy in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management, Master of education in Mentorship, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organization Development, and a Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Development Education at the University of Ghana.
