
Dr. Christian Sewordor Mensah is the Executive Director for African Center for Business Incubation, CEO of Shavan Resources Africa Limited and the Deputy Secretary of the Ghana Agricultural Sector Skills Body of the Commission for Technical Vocational, Education and Training. He represents a number of foreign investment companies and a West African mandate to Statik Corp an affiliate to Drexel Capital LLC. He is the Co-Chairman of ICESDA-24 and the International Conference on Mindset Change for the Development of Africa. He is affiliated to Green Communities International, Global Institute for Mindset Change, African agribusiness incubators network and many others including civil society organizations in the agribusiness ecosystem.
He has contributed to a number curricular developed to enhance the teaching and learning of Agriculture and Agribusiness at all levels of the national qualification framework. He is currently working on the development of a national strategic plan for the soya value chain. He is an astute Social Entrepreneur and believes that entrepreneurship is a component of human existence.
He is a laureate fellow and holds a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship (Innovative Skills Research on International Business, MA in Agribusiness Skills Development Education and Training and holds BSc Business Administration. He holds many certificates including Business Incubation Management; Competency Based Training Program Development and Data Analysis. He is a proud product of Laureate Education and Training Universities Incorporation Training Program, Scotland UK.
He has and continues to mentor numerous research students in attaining higher heights in the educational ladder. Human capital development is a passion he embraces so much believing in the axiom that says PREPARE TO BE PREFERRED. He has authored a number of articles on very challenging issues that affects humanity and community development advocating for societal change and the implementation of sustainable development goals. Notably on food security, gender and partnerships. He is experienced, working with development partners including UNESCO, GIZ, ILO, FAO and others in the development of various policy documents that enhances skills development and project financing.
