Ernest Kissi is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Construction Technology and Management, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds a PhD in Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Construction, American Evaluation Association, Ghana Institution of Surveyors and Project Management Institute. His teaching and research interests are in construction economics, procurement and project management,value management, and technical education.
